The holistic approach aims to restore balance within the body, taking into account the person’s whole being not just their physical symptoms. Using the intuition of the moment and considering the needs of the individual, it can take a different form each time.
Massage works by improving circulation and lymphatic drainage aiding the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the body’s cells whilst at the same time eliminating toxins, releasing muscular tension and boosting the immune system. Relaxing massage will deepen the breath, calm the mind and reduce the effects of physical and emotional stress on the body.

What To Expect From Your Treatment
The initial consultation will take about 5-10 minutes. The treatment room is warm and comfortable and is set in a peaceful environment. During the treatment, you are encouraged to switch off and enjoy a deep sense of relaxation.
Your body will be covered at all times with soft towels, with the exception of the area I’m working on.
After Care Advice
After your treatment I advise clients to drink enough water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released. It’s always best if your session can be followed by rest and relaxation so you can gain maximum benefit from the session. An Epsom salt bath may also be beneficial to help release any further toxins as well as to enhance relaxation.
