WHAT TO EXPECT

The initial consultation will take about 5-10 minutes. The treatment room is warm and comfortable and is set in a peaceful environment. During the treatment, you are encouraged to switch off and enjoy a deep sense of relaxation.

Your body will be covered at all times with soft towels, with the exception of the area I’m working on.

AFTER CARE ADVICE

After your treatment I advise clients to drink enough water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released. It’s always best if your session can be followed by rest and relaxation so you can gain maximum benefit from the session. An Epsom salt bath may also be beneficial to help release any further toxins as well as to enhance relaxation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regrettably the full fee is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your allotted appointment time.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive late for your appointment every effort will be made to continue with your treatment. However your appointment time may have to finish on time in order to accommodate other clients.
